Charlie is the founder and managing partner of 180 Partners, and the author of the award winning Management Rewired: Why Feedback Doesn’t Work and Other Surprising Lessons from the Latest Brain Science. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of the Amherst Consulting Group.
For close to three decades, he has helped the leadership of the most renowned corporations in the world improve the performance of their businesses. He numbers among his clients fifty of the Fortune 100, and has worked in Europe, Asia, Australia, South America, and the U.S.
